The Proper Way to Lung Point

We all know that ultrasound is much better than supine x-ray in the evaluation of a pneumothorax.  The problem is that while the presence of lung sliding helps rule out a pneumothorax, the absence of lung sliding occurs in other pathology besides just pneumothoraces.
