Should we be using ultrasound to place subclavian central lines?

I'm feel like I'm pretty good at placing landmark-based subclavian central lines.  In residency, that's pretty much the only way I did them.  I decided to look through some literature to see if using landmark was equivalent to ultrasound, and I probably shouldn't have been surprised at what I found: Using dynamic US significantly decreases your complication rates and your overall success rates.
